“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths” – Proverbs 3:5-6
We have reached the final day of the #FeedYourSoul plan. The previous days have provided the necessary tools to continuing your journey of feeding and nourishing your soul. You have organized a weekly schedule and have included activities from the three major categories of eating, exercising and focusing on God. This plan is created to be used as a study guide to help get things started. There is no specific time for you to stop your plan, you may continue following as needed. My plan lasted 3 weeks, but I am still exercising weekly and eating healthier. It was difficult for me to go back to my old eating habits when I realized all the harm it had been doing to my body. This plan not only helped me for those 3 weeks, but has helped me for the rest of my life. I still drink tea daily, stopped drinking sodas and portion my meals. I feel healthier and better than ever before. Not only did my prayer life grow, but my relationship with The Lord got stronger. I am able to discern between things of the flesh and of the Spirit and have control to make better choices. I am no longer a slave to sin, but am a slave to righteousness [Romans 6:18].
The focus of the #FeedYourSoul plan is to bring healing and restoration to The Spirit which can only come from The Lord himself. Throughout your journey, prayer and reading are a #1 priority. The power of prayer is the privilege to communicate with the creator of the heavens and earth. God loves us so much that he sent his one and only son to die on the cross, so that we may be forgiven for our sins and ultimately have a relationship with God. It is important to know, there is always something to pray about. Pray for your friends, families, lost ones, political figures, world leaders, churches, missionaries, authorities or yourself. Every prayer should express gratitude, giving thanks to The Lord despite whatever situations you may be in. We go through difficult times to build character and prepare us for our future. “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope” – Jeremiah 29:11

My Plan Continues . . .
[wpvideo 0hN8Ddj5]
My plan lasted 3 weeks. I encourage you to continue as long as you need. If you feel you have experienced breakthrough, or still have unanswered questions within your life, keep praying and keep reading God’s word. Every plan is unique and it can last from 3 weeks to 3 months. Stay consistent! Be Persistent! Give it your all! It will be difficult, there will be times where you don’t follow everything on the agenda, but don’t feel defeated. Finish it tomorrow. The goal is to complete all tasks within the week, that way at the end of the week you will be able to look back and see everything you accomplished! Best of luck to you on your journey, May God bless you in abundance <3
Pray with me,
Thank-you Lord for this day. For giving me the strength to overcome and guiding me to the #FeedYourSoul plan. I pray that this plan will grow our relationship and increase my faith. Help me to acknowledge the toxins within my life, so that I may remove them, and start walking the path of righteousness. Please help me to be disciplined to the schedule I have created and obedient to follow my agenda. I pray, that you reveal more of who you are through your word and send The Holy Spirit to guide me and provide clarity and understanding while reading your word. Lord, send me a steadfast spirit to stay motivated throughout this journey. I am ready to deny the desires of my flesh and focus on The Spirit within. I know that I can’t do this without you, and seek your direction within my life. Thank-you God for Jesus, who saved me from death and gave me life and hope. Your love, grace and mercy has opened a door so that I may have an intimate and personal relationship with you. Thank-you God for your faithfulness and fruitfulness. I pray that you help me to walk in your will and give me discernment to make right decisions. Help me to complete this plan and focus on you at all times. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen <3
