There are 24 hours in a day, how are you utilizing time? Today, I encourage you to set your intentions for today, this week and this month. Give yourself 5-10 minutes to think about this. What are your goals for today? What do you plan to complete this week? How are you hoping to have grown within this month?
As we approach the 3rd quarter of the year, remind yourself of these intentions. If you are looking for a new job, keep applying to new positions, work on your resume or attend job fairs. If you are looking to lose weight, start meal planning for this week, make sure to walk at least 20 mins per day or find an accountability partner to ensure you complete work-out routines consistently. Whatever you choose to focus on, stay consistent.
The power to create reality by thoughts is real. You can choose the life you live by first choosing the thoughts you have. I am choosing to be grateful for all that I have and what is to come. Even though I may not be where I “want” to be, I am now where I “used” to be. My intention today is to focus on self-care, speak life over myself and give a compliment to someone. I am choosing to be a cheerful giver because I know the more I give, the more I receive. My intentions for this week is to stay disciplined, be consistent with my morning routine and prioritize time with God.
