“Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time” -Colossians 4:5

Today is dedicated to organizing and setting a weekly schedule. We schedule everything in our lives. There is a set time to be at work and to clock out. We make doctors or dentist appointments according to a schedule and start class at a specific time. Everything we do in life has some sort of schedule with a set date and time. Today is dedicated to creating, prioritizing and setting a weekly schedule.

There are three major categories your weekly schedule must consist: Eating, Exercising and Seeking. I created a simple graph on Microsoft Word as my weekly planner, that way I’d see it everyday on my computer. You could use a planner or the ‘notes’ app in your phone. It is important to put your schedule a place that you will be forced to see everyday. I taped my schedule on my wall and wrote each category under the days of the week. Each category gave specific tasks to follow and I wrote the foods I was able to eat. Whenever I accomplished a task, I checked it off and by the end of the week, everything was checked. It feels good to look back at the end of the week and see the progress.
