Day 5: Salvation

Salvation [Sal-Vey-Shuh n]: the act of saving or protecting from harm, risk, loss, destruction, etc. The state of being saved or protected from harm. A source, cause, or  means being saved or protected from risk.

Like an umbrella needed in the rain to keep from getting wet; So, is salvation covering us as we step out into the world in any weather. We are protected from any and everything life throws when salvation is our umbrella. Stress, fear, anxiety or depression these emotions have no space for thought in our minds because God is working in our hearts. This word of the day is a reminder, God never lets go of the umbrella. No matter what storm we are going through, God sees where the storm fades. cloudsBy being saved, we receive the blessing to live in God’s will and walk by faith down the path of righteousness. This path will only lead to success, peace and unconditional love. God is Holy. Today, walk with your head filled with God’s grace, and mercy. You are a child of God and receive Salvation through Jesus. The sacrifice of Christ is the greatest protection against harm in the history of mankind. True love is the ability to risk one’s own life for another.

Jesus is the reason that our sins are forever forgiven. Confessing and repenting will wipe our slate clean, each and every time. Thank-You Lord for Salvation #Amen. This word of the day may sound weird to those that have never heard it, but I ensure you the definition holds power. Reading and learning about the way Jesus lived his life and walk with The Lord, is amazing. Jesus lived a sinless life. Who else can say the same?

“Wisdom makes one wise person more powerful than ten rulers in a city.Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins.” – Ecclesiastes 7:19-20

“But The fruit of the Spirit is love, Joy, Peace, Forbearance, Kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control” -Galatians 5:22
