Questions: If Christ’s miracles really happened, why weren’t they reported by historians? Miracles are impossible.
“Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” -Matthew 19:26
As Humans, we are limited in knowledge. However, God is not. His wisdom is infinite and beyond anything we could comprehend. God lives in a realm outside of time and space, that alone is difficult for the human mind to grasp. In Isaiah 55:8, The Lord declared “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” This is the reason why we have faith. Faith is not believing you are capable to make things happen, it is believing that God can make it happen. This is why Jesus reminds us that nothing is impossible for God!
The bible is a history textbook for the entire existence of mankind. This one book, documents the many miracles that took place throughout generations. The four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) are eye-witness testimonies from people who have experienced the many miracles Jesus performed on earth. From healing the sick and blind, to walking on water or even bringing people back from the dead, it is all accounted for. Jesus and His miracles are reported by those that lived during His time. It is reported by those that have seen Jesus, ate meals with him and seen His powers first hand. This is why, the bible is the most significant and powerful piece of literature in all the world.
The Bible is God’s Word and Truth.
