Day 1: Omnipresent

Omnipresent [om-nuh-prez-uh nt]: present everywhere at the same time. The omnipresent God.

This word defines God. God is the only being that can be anywhere and everywhere simultaneously. This means that no matter where we are or what we are doing, God is always with us. We could never run or hide from Him because there is nowhere that he has not been or can not see. God has infinite sight and everlasting hearing. He knows it all because He has seen our lives from the beginning to the end.  He knew you before you were in your mother’s womb, and has created a unique and divine life specifically for you. There is no other person in this world that is like you. You are a child of God.

You have the opportunity to chose to live in God’s will and follow His Son, Jesus Christ’s teachings. But, just as the option to follow God is available, the option to not follow God is also available. A life without God leads to death, but a Life with God leads to eternal life.

Today, we are going to let this word sink into our minds. Reminding ourselves that God is the almighty, creator of all and His supernatural powers are beyond our imagination. When we wake up in the morning, God is there with us. When we are driving to work or cleaning the house, God is there with us. In fact, for the rest of our lives, God will never leave us nor forsake us. We can walk with our head held high and in the best of moods, because we know that Our Father is always beside us. We can conquer the world and push fear aside because we know that God is holding our hands and leading the way.
