Comfort Zone

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”

God speaks to us through the people he places in our lives. If we never leave home, or talk to new people, how will we know what God wants to tell us? By staying in the comfort zone we will never know the opportunties that we are given. If I would of never moved to Florida, I would have never met my best-friend or boyfriend! The moment we decide to do something out of the ordinary, we have to be aware that God puts people in our lives for purposes.

God places us in situations because only He knows what is best for us, and what our destiny will be.We can trust that God will always lead us in the right direction because He loves us more than anything. It is normal to want to remain in a comfortable situation, but at some point we have to let go and flourish.

A flower does not grow without water; Just as we will not grow without opportunity.

successIt is up to us to step out of our comfort zones and trust that The Lord has a purpose for our lives. We can walk by faith not by sight, for His ways are greater. He wants to expand our scenery and bring people in our life because He wants to take us to new depths. If we believe that everything happens for a reason and God has a plan for our lives, than we must place ourselves in uncomfortable situations for the success of our future. Good things will never come to those who are locked in their room all day. We have to learn to transform the uncomfortable feeling and get focused. We feel uncomfortable because it is something out of the norm, but if we keep in mind that God has a plan that we are following, it is easier to flea from the haunting of uneasiness.

Networking is a fundamental component of success. After all “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” By living in our comfort zone we hinder ourself from networking and future success. All things are possible with God, however He expects for us to put in effort, time and energy as well.

By stepping out of comfort zones, we show God that we trust in Him and believe that He will take us to new levels outside of our control.

Today is a new day and we have the opportunity to make something of it. We can chose to go about our normal routines or we can listen to what God is telling us to do. We have no reason to be shy, nervous or anxious because we have to remember the bigger picture. We are mighty children of God, and are protected, For no weapon formed against us will prosper!

We have individual assignments to complete in our lifetime and the longer we The comfort zoneprocrastinate, the longer it will take to accomplish our mission. There is nothing worse than leaving this earth without achieving your life purpose.  For God has not given us a Spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline [2 Timothy 1:7].

We have to force ourselves to step out of the comfort zone if we want to experience success. If we never do the things we’ve always wanted to do, than we will always live a ‘What if‘ life. What if . . . I told my crush I liked them ? What if . . . I applied to that job? What if . . . I finally stuck to a diet ? We will never see results, if we don’t put in the work. While your living in a ‘What if’ life, there is someone that is living an “I will” life. God is able to work in those that live “I will” lifestyles. He knows that these people will follow his word no matter how uncomfortable they may feel, but in return He will bless them. As we move away from our comfort zones, what seemed scary at first, becomes the norm. We have to train ourselves to think outside the box because greatness doesn’t come from comfortability.
