The past couple of weeks have been a struggle for me. It wasn’t until I decided to journal and take time to self-reflect that I realized I was battling The Spirit of Comparison. In hard times, it is hard to remain grateful. However, remaining grateful is what you need to get through hard times. In this video, I discuss how to keep a grateful spirit. It first starts with your thoughts which affect your behaviors that leads to gratitude. Ungratefulness shows a lack of faith. Today, I choose to be grateful! Check out the full video below 🙂
